List of ALL the Restaurants at EPCOT (64 Restaurants)

If you're anything like me, one of the best parts of a Disney trip is planning out where (and what) to eat. And when it comes to EPCOT, the food scene is next level. With so many cultures represented, EPCOT is basically a culinary world tour – but navigating all the dining options can be overwhelming.

So, I’ve pulled together a complete, up-to-date list of all the restaurants at EPCOT, based on my own experiences and a few hard-earned lessons. This guide isn’t just a rundown of every dining option – it’s a curated look at the spots I’ve personally tried, enjoyed, and would recommend to friends.

Whether you’re planning to snack your way around the EPCOT World Showcase or squeeze in lunch between Lightning Lane rides, I’ve got you covered.

Key Points

  • Book table-service meals early. EPCOT’s most popular restaurants (especially in the World Showcase) fill up fast. Try to reserve 60 days out.
  • Don’t sleep on the quick-service spots. Some of the best eats are grab-and-go, especially during festivals.
  • Festival food booths aren’t on this list. But if you’re visiting during something like EPCOT Festival of the Arts, those count as bonus bites!

List of All the Restaurants at EPCOT I Consider the Best Places to Eat

There are three main categories of dining at EPCOT: Table-Service Restaurants, Quick-Service Restaurants, and Snacks & Carts. I’ve included the ones I personally recommend, with honest notes about what makes them worth a stop (or not).

If you’re planning where to eat between rides, I’d start with this guide to the best quick-service restaurants in EPCOT because some of the best spots are easy to miss if you just wander World Showcase hungry.

Table-Service Restaurants

These are sit-down meals where you’ll need a reservation (or a lot of luck). Ideal for taking a mid-day break or capping off the night. I tend to favor the ones with unique atmospheres or standout menus.

World Celebration & World Nature

  • Coral Reef Restaurant: Dine next to a giant aquarium. The seafood menu is decent, but the atmosphere is what makes this one memorable.
  • Garden Grill Restaurant: Character dining with Chip, Dale, and friends. Great for kids and for folks who love all-you-can-eat options. The rotating restaurant floor is a fun bonus.

World Showcase

The World Showcase is where EPCOT’s table-service restaurants really shine. Here are my favorites by country:

  • Mexico: San Angel Inn Restaurante – Great ambiance inside the pyramid; food is okay, but the atmosphere sells it. I remember being totally drawn in by the twilight lighting and volcano in the distance – it really feels like you’ve stepped into a different world.
  • Norway: Akershus Royal Banquet Hall – Character dining with princesses. If you have kids, this is a hit. I went with my niece, and her face when Belle walked in was pure magic. The food is hearty and Norwegian-inspired – not for everyone, but worth it for the experience.
  • Germany: Biergarten Restaurant – Buffet-style with live music. Fun and festive. I went during Oktoberfest season, and it felt like a full-on party inside. The communal tables are great for meeting other guests, and the schnitzel was surprisingly good.
  • Italy: Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria – Legit pizza and a big hit with my crew. It’s one of the few places where the pizza actually reminds me of something from a real pizzeria. We split the large pie and it was more than enough for three of us.
  • Japan: Teppan Edo – Hibachi-style, entertaining and tasty. You’re seated with other guests, which can be fun or awkward depending on the vibe, but the chefs always put on a good show. The steak and shrimp combo was my go-to.
  • Morocco: Spice Road Table – Amazing views and small plates. One of my favorites for relaxing and sipping wine. I love grabbing a table around sunset – the lighting is beautiful, and the lamb sliders are small but full of flavor.
  • France: Chefs de France – Classic French cuisine in a charming setting. Great place to slow down. I ordered the French onion soup and duck, and everything felt refined without being too formal. Also, the baguette is dangerously good.
  • Canada: Le Cellier Steakhouse – Expensive, but the filet mignon is excellent. This is more of a splurge meal for me, but I’ve never been disappointed. The mushroom risotto it comes with is one of those sides I think about weeks later.

Other countries also have table-service, but these are the ones I’ve personally enjoyed and would go back to.

Quick-Service Restaurants

These are ideal for casual meals or when you’re short on time. I’ve had some surprisingly great meals at quick-service spots in EPCOT.

World Celebration/Nature/Discovery

  • Space 220 Restaurant (technically World Discovery) – A unique experience – you “launch” into space for a prix-fixe meal. It’s pricey, but the novelty makes it worth doing once, especially for first-timers.
  • Connections Eatery – Go-to for burgers and American fare. It’s clean, modern, and rarely too crowded.
  • Sunshine Seasons – Located in The Land Pavilion. Great if you want variety or something healthier than a burger.

World Showcase

  • Mexico: La Cantina de San Angel – Tacos by the water. Hard to beat the combo of views and quick food.
  • China: Lotus Blossom Café – Simple, satisfying, and fast. It’s not gourmet, but it does the trick.
  • Germany: Sommerfest – Grab a brat and pretzel and sit at a nearby table for a chill snack.
  • France: Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie – One of my all-time favorites. The pastries feel fancy but affordable. Great for breakfast or a light lunch.
  • America: Regal Eagle Smokehouse – BBQ that actually holds up! The brisket sandwich is excellent.
  • Japan: Katsura Grill – Peaceful setting tucked behind a garden. Teriyaki and sushi bowls are solid.

Snacks, Carts & Festival Booths

Can't go wrong with ice cream

Here are the carts and spots I usually hit when I’m not in the mood for a full meal.

  • Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company – Multiple locations throughout the park. Seasonal cold brews are fun to try.
  • Refreshment Outpost – This one rotates often, but I’ve had everything from spicy beef to festival drinks here.
  • Popcorn Carts – Classic, but especially good if you want one of the seasonal buckets.
  • Festival Booths – These change with each festival, but I always recommend trying a few. It’s the best way to sample EPCOT’s food creativity without committing to a full meal. More on that in my Festival of the Arts guide.

EPCOT Dining Tips

Planning ahead makes a big difference when it comes to dining at EPCOT.

I always recommend checking the park hours in advance so you can time your meals around early entry or late-night events – especially if you're trying to squeeze in a table-service reservation or catch a festival booth before it closes.

If you're staying nearby, it’s super helpful to know your transportation options. I’ve stayed at hotels within walking distance to EPCOT, and it’s honestly a game-changer – no need to stress over buses or parking. If walking isn’t ideal, there are also hotels with shuttle service that get you to the gate smoothly.

Lastly, if you’re bringing in your own snacks or drinks, be sure to check the EPCOT bag policy beforehand so you don’t get held up at security. I’ve seen too many people get tripped up by this and lose valuable park time.

What’s the best restaurant at EPCOT for adults?

I’d say Le Cellier (Canada) for steak lovers or Spice Road Table for something a little more romantic. Also check out our comparison of EPCOT vs. Magic Kingdom for adults.

Can you eat at EPCOT without a park ticket?

Nope — you need valid admission. Check EPCOT admission prices before planning a dining-only visit.

What’s the best EPCOT restaurant for breakfast?

Les Halles in France is my go-to! Delicious, quick, and authentic.

Is EPCOT good for picky eaters?

Totally! Connections Eatery and Regal Eagle are safe bets, and there are plenty of familiar snack options.

Where should I eat if I only have half a day at EPCOT?

I’d prioritize Les Halles for breakfast or Regal Eagle for lunch. Pair with this half-day EPCOT itinerary.
