Let’s talk about what it’s actually like. I’m not going to sugarcoat it—this isn’t a luxury hotel. But if your priority is proximity, it absolutely delivers.
The Fairfield is a clean, family-friendly property. It’s a bit dated in some areas but well-maintained. Most rooms have two queen beds or one king bed, and while the decor is simple, there’s usually Disney-themed artwork to remind you where you are.
When I stayed, I paid around $230/night during a weekday in spring. Weekends, holidays, and summer peak dates tend to jump to $280–$350 per night or more. Points bookings typically range from 35,000–45,000 Bonvoy points per night, depending on the time of year.

Anaheim Marriott (Convention Center)
This is the full-service Marriott located near the Anaheim Convention Center, about a 15–20 minute walk to Disneyland. It’s not ideal if you’re trying to rope drop the parks, but it’s a great option if you prefer a more traditional hotel experience with amenities like a pool, gym, and restaurant.
