Disney Hotel New York Is the Next Easy Walk
Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel is one of the most convenient alternatives if you want a short walk without staying at Disneyland Hotel.
Disney lists the hotel at about a 10-minute walk from the Disney Parks. The route passes through the Disney Village and Lake Disney area, so it remains practical for travelers arriving by RER or TGV with manageable luggage.
A free Disney shuttle is also available, although waiting for a shuttle can take longer than simply walking when you are traveling light.
Sequoia Lodge and Newport Bay Club
Disney Sequoia Lodge and Disney Newport Bay Club are both officially listed at around a 15-minute walk from the Parks.
They are still realistic choices for train travelers who prefer to walk, particularly if you have a rolling suitcase rather than large amounts of luggage.
Both hotels are also served by Disneyland Paris’s free hotel shuttle, so walking is optional.

Cheyenne and Santa Fe Are Farther but Still Connected
Disney Hotel Cheyenne and Disney Hotel Santa Fe are each approximately a 20-minute walk from the Disney Parks.
That is perfectly manageable for many visitors during the day, but the free shuttle becomes much more useful when you have luggage.
Disney says its hotel shuttles generally depart every 15 to 20 minutes, although the quoted shuttle journey times do not include waiting time.
Free Hotel Shuttles From Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy
One advantage of arriving at Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy is that the station and nearby bus station serve Disneyland Paris hotel transportation.

Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe
Hôtel l’Elysée is an official Disneyland Paris Partner Hotel with an RER station close by. Disney also provides a free shuttle between the hotel area and the Disney Parks.
This can be a useful compromise if you want convenient rail access without paying for one of the closest Disney Hotels.
Aparthotel Adagio Val d’Europe
Aparthotel Adagio Val d’Europe is another official Partner Hotel associated with the Val d’Europe RER stop. Its apartment-style accommodation can also make more sense for families who want kitchen facilities.
The important distinction is that these hotels are not beside Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station. You are staying one RER stop away.

Which Train Station Is Closest to Disneyland Paris?
The station you want for the Disney Parks is Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy.
Disneyland Paris says it is only about a two-minute walk from Disneyland Park, Disney Adventure World and Disney Village.
Do not confuse it with Val d’Europe, which is the previous RER A stop and serves the shopping center, La Vallée Village and several nearby hotels.
Arriving From Central Paris
The RER A runs directly from central Paris to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy.
Disney currently gives a travel time of roughly 40 minutes from Châtelet. Once you arrive, you are already beside the Disney Parks rather than needing another local train or taxi.

Arriving by TGV From Charles de Gaulle Airport
Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy is also served by high-speed rail.
Disney currently says the TGV journey from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport to Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy can take less than 12 minutes. That can make a station-area Disney Hotel especially convenient on an airport arrival day.
Disney Express Can Eliminate the Luggage Problem
If your reason for wanting a hotel beside the station is mainly luggage, there is another option worth knowing about.
Disneyland Paris offers a paid Disney Express luggage service for eligible Disney Hotel and Partner Hotel guests. You can leave your luggage at the service counter at Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy station and head to the Parks rather than taking the bags to your hotel first.
The service must be booked in advance and is not available for every Disneyland Paris accommodation, so check the current eligibility before relying on it.
Should You Stay Beside the Station or One Stop Away?
Choose a Disney Hotel around the Parks if your priority is walking from the train to the resort and keeping arrival day as simple as possible.
Look at Val d’Europe instead if you are comfortable taking one additional RER stop and want access to more off-site accommodation, shops and restaurants.
I would not choose a hotel solely because its marketing says “near Disneyland Paris.” Check whether it is actually walkable, one train stop away or dependent on a hotel shuttle.
