How the 3-Day Disneyland Paris Refund Deadline Works
For eligible dated tickets, Disneyland Paris allows cancellation and a full refund up to three days before your selected visit date.
Disney gives a useful example: if your ticket is for June 4, you have until midnight on June 1 to cancel it. Waiting until June 2 would put you outside the standard cancellation window.
This applies to eligible dated tickets for visits of one to four days. The major exception is a Basic dated ticket, which has different conditions.
Basic Dated Tickets Cannot Be Refunded
Basic dated tickets are specifically excluded from Disneyland Paris’s standard three-day cancellation policy. According to Disney’s current conditions, a Basic dated ticket cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.

Are Undated Disneyland Paris Tickets Refundable?
No. Disneyland Paris currently states that its undated tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
An undated ticket gives you more freedom over when you visit, but that flexibility does not mean you can return the ticket for a refund. You must also register your intended visit date before entering the parks, subject to park availability and the conditions attached to the ticket.
How to Cancel Disneyland Paris Tickets Online
If you bought an eligible ticket directly from Disneyland Paris, start by signing into your Disney Account and opening My Bookings. Eligible bookings can generally be cancelled there before the refund deadline.
After a valid cancellation, Disneyland Paris says the ticket price will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Disney does not give one universal processing time on its main ticket page. It says refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, so the time before the money appears back in your account can vary.

Some bookings cannot be cancelled through My Bookings. You may also need to contact Disney if you only want to cancel part of an order.
If your confirmation says cancellation must be requested by email, Disneyland Paris currently lists:

Disney asks you to provide the names associated with the booking, your 8-digit booking reference, your visit date, and either a clear image of the ticket showing its barcode or the PDF ticket.
The cancellation request still needs to be made within the applicable refund window. Sending an email does not extend the deadline.
Can You Change the Date on a Disneyland Paris Ticket?
For an eligible dated ticket, Disneyland Paris does not simply exchange the old date for a new one. Instead, you need to cancel your existing ticket and buy a new ticket for the new date.
The new ticket is subject to availability and the price available when you rebook. Disneyland Paris also states that visit dates cannot be exchanged through the refund email address.
That means it is worth checking availability and the current Disneyland Paris ticket prices before cancelling if you intend to immediately rebook for another day.
What If You Bought Your Tickets From Another Company?
Do not assume the Disneyland Paris three-day refund rule applies if you booked through a travel agency, ticket reseller or vacation provider.
Third-party bookings can have their own cancellation and refund conditions. Check the confirmation from the company that sold you the ticket and contact that company first if you need to cancel.
This is one reason it is worth comparing more than the advertised price when shopping for Disneyland Paris tickets. A slightly cheaper ticket can be a poor deal if its cancellation terms are much more restrictive.
Disneyland Paris Hotel + Tickets Cancellation Policy
A Disney Hotel + Tickets package follows different rules from a standalone park ticket.
Under Disneyland Paris’s current flexible booking conditions, qualifying Hotel + Tickets packages booked directly with Disney can be modified or cancelled for a full refund up to seven days before arrival, excluding insurance where applicable.
For example, Disney says that an arrival on July 8 can be cancelled or changed without fees until midnight on July 1. After that point, the standard cancellation and modification terms for the booking apply.

What If You Miss the Refund Deadline?
If your dated ticket is already inside the three-day cutoff, the standard refund policy no longer gives you the right to cancel it for a full refund. Basic dated tickets and undated tickets are already excluded from the normal refund policy regardless of when you try to cancel.
Check the specific terms on your confirmation before assuming the ticket is lost, particularly if you purchased through another company or your booking includes additional services. Travel insurance may also provide coverage for certain qualifying cancellations, depending on your policy.
