Tokyo Disneyland Hotel does not have one fixed nightly price. The amount you pay changes with your travel date, room category, view and, importantly, which rooms are still available when you search.
For current 2026 room-only availability, I would use roughly ¥60,000 to ¥100,000 per room per night as a realistic planning range for many dates. Some nights fall near the lower end, while weekends, holidays and dates with limited room inventory can easily push the displayed starting price above ¥100,000.
The important word is starting. If the Standard Rooms have already sold out, Tokyo Disney’s calendar may suddenly show a much higher minimum because only expensive Concierge Rooms or Suites remain.
A Current Look at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel Nightly Rates
Tokyo Disney Resort’s official room-only calendar currently shows a wide spread of prices for fall and winter 2026.
On many available dates, starting rates fall somewhere in the low ¥60,000s through the ¥90,000s. Other dates cross ¥100,000, particularly around weekends, holidays or periods when the less expensive rooms are no longer available.

These are planning ranges, not fixed rates. I would always check the official Tokyo Disneyland Hotel availability and rate calendar for the exact date I want.
The Price on Disney’s Calendar Is Per Room, Not Per Person
This makes a big difference when comparing Tokyo Disneyland Hotel prices.
Tokyo Disney states that the rate shown on the hotel calendar is for one room occupied by two adults.
Up to two children age 11 or younger can also share the room for no additional room charge when using the existing beds.
So a ¥70,000 room does not mean ¥70,000 per guest. For two adults, that works out to ¥35,000 each before tickets, meals and other expenses. For a family sharing one room, the room cost can look more reasonable on a per-person basis.

How Much Is a Standard Superior Room?
The Standard Superior Room is one of the most useful room types to watch if you want the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel experience without automatically moving into a premium category.
There is not one permanent Superior Room price.
Tokyo Disney prices hotel rooms according to the date and current inventory. That means the same basic room can cost considerably more on one night than another.
The hotel’s current Standard Superior Rooms are generally around 40 to 48 square meters, depending on the configuration, and accommodate between two and four guests.
If my goal were simply to stay at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel for the lowest practical price, I would start by looking for an ordinary Standard Superior or Superior Alcove Room without paying extra for a premium park view.
I would also compare several nearby dates. Moving the stay by even one night can sometimes expose a completely different starting rate.
Park View and Park Grand View Cost More for the View
Tokyo Disneyland Hotel separates several room types by what you can see from the room.
- Park View: a room with a view of Tokyo Disneyland
- Park Grand View: a more frontal view of Tokyo Disneyland
The practical hotel location is the same either way. Paying more for Park View or Park Grand View does not put you closer to the entrance.
So if I were choosing strictly on value, I would ask myself whether I plan to spend enough waking time in the room to appreciate the view.
If the main reason I am booking the hotel is its extremely short walk to Tokyo Disneyland, I would rather secure a lower-priced Standard Room and keep the location benefit.

Character Rooms Are a Different Kind of Upgrade
Tokyo Disneyland Hotel also has Disney Character Rooms, which are positioned differently from the Standard, Concierge and Suite categories.
These rooms make the most sense to me when the room itself is one of the experiences you are traveling for.
If I only need somewhere comfortable to sleep before a long park day, paying extra for elaborate character theming would be difficult to justify. If I am planning a special trip and want the hotel stay to feel like another Disney attraction, the calculation changes.
Character room prices also change by date and availability, so I would not rely on an old fixed price found in a blog post or forum.
Concierge Rooms Cost More, but Breakfast Is Part of the Rate
Concierge pricing should not be compared with a Standard Room as though the only difference is the room itself.
Tokyo Disneyland Hotel’s current Concierge Rooms include access to the hotel’s exclusive lounge and breakfast.
Eligible rooms include several Superior, Deluxe, Balcony, Turret and Cinderella configurations.
That does not automatically make Concierge a bargain, but it means part of the higher price is paying for benefits that a Standard Room does not include.

Why You Might See a ¥300,000 or ¥600,000 Starting Price
This is one of the most confusing things about looking at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel rates online.
If Disney’s calendar shows an extremely high starting rate for one particular date, it does not necessarily mean the normal rooms suddenly became several times more expensive.
The calendar displays the lowest price that is still available.
If Standard Rooms, Character Rooms and most Concierge inventory are already gone, the cheapest remaining choice may be a large Suite. The calendar’s starting rate then jumps to the price of that remaining premium room.
This is why I would not use a sold-down date to estimate the normal cost of the hotel.
I would compare several dates where multiple room categories are still available before deciding what the hotel’s typical nightly rate looks like.
A ¥30,000 Deposit Is Due When You Book
Room-only reservations made through Tokyo Disney Resort currently require an advance deposit.
Tokyo Disneyland Hotel is classified as a Deluxe Type Disney Hotel, so the current deposit is ¥30,000 per room per stay.
This is not an extra ¥30,000 fee on top of the room rate. Tokyo Disney applies the deposit toward the accommodation charge, or toward applicable cancellation charges if necessary.
The remaining room balance is settled according to Disney’s payment rules.
I would factor the deposit into my booking-day budget, especially if I am reserving several rooms at once.
Your Room Price Does Not Include Park Tickets
A room-only reservation at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel does not include regular Tokyo Disneyland admission.
You still need a separate park ticket for each guest who requires admission.
There is, however, a valuable hotel benefit: registered Disney Hotel guests can currently purchase qualifying 1-Day Passports for dates during their stay even when those dates show unavailable on the public Tokyo Disney Resort website.
For a high-demand trip, I think that guaranteed access to purchasing a ticket is more meaningful than many of the smaller hotel perks.
Happy Entry Is Included With the Stay
Tokyo Disneyland Hotel guests currently qualify for Disney Hotel Happy Entry on eligible dates.
For Tokyo Disneyland, Happy Entry lets eligible hotel guests begin entering the park 15 minutes before other guests.
The benefit is available during your stay, including checkout day, but not on the day you check in.
Attractions do not necessarily begin operating during those early minutes. The advantage is getting through the entrance sooner and being able to begin handling things such as Disney Premier Access or other app-based plans before the main entry rush is complete.
Happy Entry rules and unavailable dates can change, so I would check the current schedule before paying a higher hotel rate specifically for this benefit.
Room-Only Rates and Vacation Package Prices Are Not the Same Thing
If you see a much higher Tokyo Disneyland Hotel price elsewhere on Disney’s booking system, check whether you are looking at a room-only reservation or a Tokyo Disney Resort Vacation Package.
A Vacation Package combines the hotel with park tickets and other included experiences. Its total price should not be compared directly with the room-only rate shown on the hotel calendar.

The Cheapest Room Can Disappear Long Before the Hotel Sells Out
This is why I would not wait until the hotel is nearly full before comparing rates.
A date can still show availability while the room category I actually wanted has already disappeared.
Room-only reservations currently open at 11:00 a.m. Japan time four calendar months before check-in.
Booking when the window opens does not guarantee a lower Disney price, but it gives you a better chance of choosing from the lower-priced room categories before inventory narrows.
That is especially important if I am targeting a Standard Superior Room rather than simply accepting whatever category is left.

How I Would Decide Whether the Rate Is Too High
I would compare the room rate with what I am actually gaining, not simply with another luxury hotel in Tokyo.
The biggest practical advantages are the location directly in front of Tokyo Disneyland, Happy Entry eligibility and Disney Hotel ticket-purchase access.
If I plan to leave early in the morning, spend the entire day in the park and return only to sleep, I would have a harder time justifying a very high room rate.
If I am traveling with children, expect to take a midday break, or want the hotel to be part of the Disney experience, I would put more value on the convenience.
For a longer stay, I would also compare the cost with hotels near Tokyo Disneyland. Saving ¥30,000 or ¥40,000 per night over several nights can become a much bigger decision than whether I prefer one Disney room theme over another.
The Price Range I Would Use When Planning
If I were building a Tokyo Disney budget today, I would start by setting aside about ¥70,000 to ¥90,000 per night for a typical Tokyo Disneyland Hotel room, then check whether my exact dates are cheaper or more expensive.
I would consider a rate in the low ¥60,000s a comparatively good opportunity on the current calendar. Once the price moves well above ¥100,000, I would look closely at whether I am paying for a room category I actually want or simply dealing with limited remaining inventory.
