This is the kind of offer I would check before automatically buying a normal date-based Disney World ticket. Seasonal resident promotions can be considerably cheaper when their dates and restrictions fit your trip.

Disney currently allows Florida residents to finance any of the four Walt Disney World Annual Passes through 12 monthly payments at 0% APR after a $205 initial down payment.
The monthly program doesn’t reduce the total price of the Annual Pass, but it spreads the cost over the year without interest when payments are made according to Disney’s terms.
Do Florida Residents Get Disney Resort Hotel Discounts?
Yes, Disney periodically offers Florida resident room discounts at Disney Resort hotels.
For late summer and early fall 2026, Florida residents can currently save up to 35% on rooms for qualifying stays of four nights or longer at select Disney Resort hotels, with other savings available on shorter stays.
That offer covers most arrivals from July 30 through October 3, 2026.
Disney is also currently advertising a Florida resident holiday offer with savings of up to 25% on select rooms for eligible stays on select nights from October 19 through December 24, 2026.
Room discounts are subject to availability, so I wouldn’t assume that every hotel, room type or night will qualify for the maximum advertised percentage.
What Counts as Proof of Florida Residency?
Disney requires Florida residents age 18 or older to prove that they live at a Florida residential address before using resident-only tickets or Annual Passes.
The simplest accepted forms of identification are:
- A valid Florida driver’s license with a Florida address
- A valid Florida state-issued identification card with a Florida address
- A valid Florida-based military ID
If you have one of those IDs, Disney currently allows you to verify residency online during checkout for eligible tickets, which can let you bypass the in-person residency verification step.
What If Your ID Doesn’t Show a Florida Address?
Disney also accepts certain documents dated within the previous two months when they’re presented with a corresponding government-issued photo ID.

A lease is not currently on Disney’s accepted alternate-document list. Disney specifically says leases, deeds, mortgage contracts and mortgage payment booklets are not accepted as substitutes for the required proof.
