3. A Must-Try Vegan Burger at Carnation Cafe in Disneyland

Carnation Cafe is a classic Disney spot located on Main Street U.S.A. in Disneyland.

The cafe is known for its delicious comfort food, and they have a secret vegan menu with some amazing items!

One of the most popular vegan items on the menu is the Chef’s Vegan Burger.

The Chef’s Vegan Burger is a house-made vegan patty topped with avocado, tomato, and secret sauce on a toasted bun.

The burger is served with your choice of side.

I highly recommend the sweet potato fries!

They are some of the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had.

The Chef’s Vegan Burger is so good that even meat-eaters will enjoy it.

Carnation Cafe is a great spot for vegans and meat-eaters alike!

If you are visiting Disneyland, Carnation Cafe is a must-stop spot for a delicious meal.

Be sure to try the Chef’s Vegan Burger! It’s one of the best things on the menu.

4. Chieftan Chicken Skewer at Bengal Barbecue

One of the best places to get a healthy meal at Disneyland is Bengal Barbecue.

They have a variety of skewers that are all grilled to perfection.

My personal favorite is the Chieftain Chicken Skewer.

It’s a skewer with two chicken breasts, onions, peppers, and mushrooms that are served with a delicious dipping sauce.

The chicken is lean and the vegetables are packed with nutrients, making this a great, healthy option.

If you’re looking for a quick and healthy meal while you’re at Disneyland, be sure to check out Bengal Barbecue.

The Bengal Barbeque is just across from the Indiana Jones ride.

5. Planetary Pizza Salad at Red Rockett’s Pizza Port

When you think of Disneyland, chances are good that healthy eating isn’t the first thing that comes to mind.

After all, there are so many tempting treats everywhere you turn.

But it is possible to eat healthy while you’re at the Happiest Place on Earth.

One of my favorite places to get a quick and healthy meal is Red Rockett’s Pizza Port.

Red Rockett’s Pizza Port is located in Tomorrowland, right next to the Star Tours attraction.

One of my favorite items on the menu is the Planetary Pizza Salad. It’s a salad that has all the toppings of a pizza, but without the doughy crust.

So you get all the flavor of a pizza, but it’s a lot healthier for you.

The salad includes tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and olives. It’s served with a side of ranch dressing.

If you’re looking for a quick and healthy meal while you’re at Disneyland, be sure to check out Red Rockett’s Pizza Port.

If you’re a fan of Disneyland and healthy eating, then you’ll love the bread bowl at Royal Street Veranda.

This quick service spot is located in New Orleans Square and is a great place to grab a quick and healthy meal.

One of my favorite items on the menu is the vegetarian bread bowl.

The bread bowl at Royal Street Veranda is filled with a variety of steamed vegetables, including broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower.

It also comes with your choice of side dish. I usually choose brown rice, but you can also choose from a variety of other options, like French fries or a side salad.

A bread bowl is a great option for vegetarians because it’s filling and has a good mix of nutrients from the different vegetables.

Plus, it’s always nice to have an option that isn’t just a salad when you’re trying to eat healthy at Disneyland!

7. Shrimp Salad at Harbour Galley

Disneyland is home to many great places to eat, and one of my personal favorites is Harbour Galley.

This restaurant is located in the heart of Critter Country, and it offers a variety of seafood dishes “dockside.”

One of the healthier options on the menu is the shrimp salad, and I was curious to see how it tasted.

The shrimp salad at Harbour Galley consists of mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and roasted corn with lemon vinaigrette.

It also comes with your choice of dressing (I chose ranch) and bread (I opted for sourdough).

Overall, I thought the salad was delicious—the shrimp were cooked perfectly and the mix of veggies was refreshing.

The only downside is that it didn’t come with very much dressing, so I had to ask for more.

But other than that, I would order this dish again!

If you’re looking for a light but a satisfying meal at Disneyland, then be sure to check out the shrimp salad at Harbour Galley.

This dish is packed with fresh flavors, and it’s a great option if you’re trying to eat healthy while on vacation.
