When we’re in Orlando, we Nerds always stop at Disney Springs by Walt Disney World.

There are a lot of stores and an interesting atmosphere, but we love the restaurants most.

Especially for breakfast!

There are 60+ awesome restaurants in Disney Springs.

Unfortunately, not every one of them serves breakfast. They’re mostly not open during breakfast, so it’s hard for people to get a good breakfast before going to the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, or another theme park.

This article has my favorite restaurants in Disney Springs, so if you’re looking to have a Disney breakfast there, no worries. There are several options for breakfast and brunch, so you’ll have no trouble finding somewhere to eat early in the day.

1. Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew

First on our list of best Disney Springs breakfast restaurants is Everglazed Donuts at Disney Springs and Cold Brew. Upon opening at 9 am, Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew aims to offer fresh donuts and cold-brewed coffee in a classic donut shop where “happiness is glazed every day.”

With an assortment of cold brew and sandwiches, you can enjoy hand-crafted confections such as yeast and cake donuts. The Disney Springs restaurant’s kitchen is where you’ll get the full donut experience, as the donuts are fried, glazed, and topped with a multitude of toppings.

2. Earl of Sandwhich

You can’t go wrong with Earl of Sandwich. Taking breakfast here means enjoying a 250-year-old royal legacy.

At 9 am breakfast starts, and with a slogan like “World’s Best Hot Sandwich”, you can start your day off with hot sandwiches, pizza bread, soups, salads, sides, wraps, and yummy desserts.

3. House of Blues Restaurant and Bar

Live entertainment and American cuisine are available at House of Blues Restaurant & Bar. During brunch time between 10 am and 2 pm a brunch menu is available.

You can have lunch or dinner here, and on weekends they have brunch. For just $15, you can enjoy bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys during brunch.

Breakfast burritos, NY steak and eggs, and chicken ‘n’ donuts with toppings such as, brown sugar chile bacon and biscuits and gravy, are just some of the southern-style brunch items you can enjoy here.

From noon to 2 p.m. on the weekend, you can enjoy brunch and lunch on the same menu. To experience live music to the fullest, make sure to visit during a time when it’s playing.

4. City Works Eatery and Pour House

The ultimate sports bar at Disney Springs is City Works Eatery & Pour House. There’s a wonderful beer menu at this upbeat eatery.

Lunch, dinner, and brunch are all here! There’s also 90 local and global craft brew varieties, as well as TVs from all angles for premium sports viewing.

Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

5. Starbucks

Fifth on our list of Disney Springs breakfast restaurants is Starbucks. You might not be thinking about Starbucks at Disney Springs for breakfast, but they have some great breakfast options. Some items can only be found in Disney related Starbucks.

You’ll find two Starbucks at Disney Springs – one in Marketplace, another in West Side.

This Starbucks is different from the rest. You can enjoy these amenities at the West Side location:

  • There is a wall of windows from floor to ceiling
  • The Downtown Disney Guests can interact with you via a touchscreen chalkboard at the Disneyland Resort in California
  • Under a dramatic moss mural, is a glass-rock fireplace
  • Composted coffee grounds are used to feed a rooftop lemongrass nursery

Opening time for Starbucks is 9 a.m.

6. Beatrix

Sixth on our list of nine best Disney Springs breakfast reastaurants is Beatrix. At Beatrix, you can get comfort food with a healthy twist for breakfast, brunch, lunch, happy hour, and dinner.

The new Disney Springs eatery offers a variety of healthy food and beverages in a mid-century setting that reminds you of Palm Springs in the 1950’s and 1960’s.

Highlights of the menu include vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan, and kid’s options as well as coffee, cocktails made with freshly squeezed juices, beer, and wine. On the go dining is also available.

7. Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant

Those who love to try new things will love Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant.

Irish delicacies are on the menu at Raglan Road Irish Pub. It’s right in Disney Springs near the Landing.

Restaurants at Disney Springs don’t just serve food, they offer an experience too.

Definitely check out Raglan Road if you’ve never seen Irish dance before!

There’s no breakfast at Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant, but there is brunch. Join them on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for a fun-filled weekend event.

There will be mouth-watering Irish entrées, sides, and unique morning cocktails. Plus, the all-new Rhythms of Raglan Dance Show hits the Main Stage from noon to 3:00 pm.

8. Wine Bar George

At the estate-style wine bar, Master Sommelier George Miliotes pairs wine and food.

Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30 am to 2:00 pm, in addition to lunch and dinner.

9. Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

Last but not least on our list of Disney Springs breakfast restaurants is Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’. When we Nerds are headed home from Disney Springs, we had brunch at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’. You won’t regret it. Totally awesome.

From 9:30-11:00 am on Saturdays and Sundays, you can grab a Rise ‘n Shine Brunch.

Chef Art’s famous fried chicken, two over-easy eggs, pimento cheese, and bacon are topped with an open-faced biscuit topped with sawmill gravy, along with fried chicken and sugar doughnuts made from scratch each morning. They have great french toast and maple syrup!

They have a great Bloody Mary, white peach sangria, and mimosas with fresh juices.
