Downtown Disney serves as a connector between the Disney resorts and hotels.

As a result, it’s critical to understand where to find some of the best cuisine Downtown Disney has to offer!

The street formerly known as West Street was renamed Disneyland Drive and lowered so that a pedestrian bridge could be built over it that links much of Downtown Disney with the Disneyland Hotel and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel.

Over time, shops and restaurants have opened and closed.

There are a variety of well-known retail outlets, as well as Disney-operated shops, in addition to eateries and eateries.

1. Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer

Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer is where it’s at when it comes to dining in Downtown Disney.

The Black Tap has classic burgers and insane CrazyShake shakes. Lunchette-style food, drinks, and old-school hip hop music will be served to you inside.

Fried pickles, crispy Brussels sprouts, wings, hamburgers, and fries are among your side options. Artisan beer of all types is also available.

2. Starbucks

What?

Starbucks?

How did Starbucks make the list?

We love Starbucks when we first arrive at the parks.

Next to La Brea Bakery and World of Disney, Starbucks is probably the quickest solution for breakfast and coffee in the morning.

The Starbucks in Downtown Disney is also a test location for their new drinks and food offerings.

TIP: Try the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. One of the first Starbucks to offer this vegan breakfast option.

Like any Starbucks, you can grab and go or enjoy the outdoor patio and people watch while you get your caffeine fix.

3. Tortilla Jo’s

Get your Mexican food fix here for lunch or dinner only. Sorry, no breakfast.

Tortilla Jo’s offers up classic Mexican dining.

It reminded us of Chevy’s style Mexican food.

Here you’ll find essentials including guacamole, nachos, street tacos, salads, enchiladas, and fajita.

You’ll also find a variety of margaritas and other mixed drinks to calm your tired feet from walking around Disneyland all day.

TIP: This is a great place for Tequila tasting as they offer hundreds of different tequilas.

4. Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen and Express

The Jazz Kitchen is a great place to get classic New Orleans food.

From Jambalaya to New Orleans Beignets.

When we eat here we feel like it should be next to the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.

TIP: The Jazz Kitchen is so popular that they now offer an express kitchen which is a limited offering of the best parts of their menu to those without reservations.

5. Uva Bar and Cafe

After a long day exploring the parks, we decided to treat ourselves to happy hour at Uva Bar and Cafe.

This relaxed outdoor restaurant was perfect for people watching while enjoying some delicious margaritas and Sangria.

Uva Bar is the more laid-back sister bar/restaurant of Catal.

The food wasn’t anything too special, but it hit the spot after a long day of walking around.

TIP: Sit at their outside patio right in the middle of Downtown Disney.

You’ll enjoy the sun while enjoying your food and drinks.

6. Catal

The Uva Bar & Cafe’s primary restaurant is Catal.

While the Uva Bar and Cafe is more laid-back and outdoors, Catal is the nicer restaurant for dinner. In their upper dining room, Catal serves a Mediterranean cuisine menu.

Lunch at Catal is more casual, while dinner is more formal.

There isn’t a dress code, and items on the dinner menu are slightly more expensive.

7. Naples Ristorante and bar

Naples is a great spot for lunch or dinner.

Offering up classic Italian food and a wonderful selection of wood-fired pizzas.

With a great selection of appetizers and entrees.

Some of the highlights include their lasagna, house-made gnocchi, and spaghetti.

TIP: Try their gelato or cheesecake.

8. La Brea Bakery Cafe

Last but not least in our guide to best food Downtown Disney has to offer is La Brea Bakery Cafe.

La Brea Bakery Cafes can be found all around California.

They’re famous for their different kinds of baked bread.

We love this place in Downtown Disney in the morning.

As Downtown Disney strangely doesn’t have too many breakfast options.

Their avocado toast on their freshly baked bread is definitely worth a try.
