Marvel Hotel

Disneyland Paris may be closed currently, but Disney released new concept images for Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel hotel and we cannot wait to stay there!

The Nerds had planned to share pictures of the Disneyland Paris’ newest hotel (we’ll call it the Marvel Hotel because Disney’s Hotel New York the Art of Marvel is quite the handful!) from our September 2020 trip, but you can all guess how that ended up.

Instead, we will have to settle for some stunning new FIRST LOOK artist concept photos and look forward to 2021! First things first on a first look.

The lobby definitely sets the mood – straight out of the art deco style of New York City’s Empire State Building. Even without the Marvel integration, the Nerds think this update and refresh to Disney’s Hotel New York would still have put this hotel on the top of our list for our next visit to Disneyland Paris. With the Marvel integration…it’s a no-brainer!

Our most recent visit included a stay at Disney’s Sequoia Lodge and although the setting was serene, the hotel room interiors cannot compete with Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel hotel.

We may be Nerds, but we are not design or architectural Nerds. And yet, even we can appreciate the Spider-Man like “webbing” integrated into the ceilings as nods to the Avengers seems to come through in every room (but especially these upgraded rooms options).

Even superheroes need to eat and although cool, our Nerdy socks were not knocked off on the lounge concept drawing released by Disney.

Undoubtedly, the new Marvel hotel will have all sorts of hidden surprises to explore.

The opening of the Marvel hotel and Avenger’s Campus in 2021 is going to make for an exciting trip to Disneyland Paris just as international travel starts to boom again.
